Booking Policy

Due to the amount of time spent to perfect our services it is important to give your service provider at least a 24 hour notice on cancellations. For the second no show or cancellation less than the 24 hour notice a 50% charge on services will be applied. 

A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for booking full set lash extensions that will be applied to your service. 

**COVID-19** we will continue to obtain CDC guidelines within our beauty lounge. We ask for everyones safety to please wear a mask, use our hand sanitizer when arriving located at our reception desk, and please reschedule your appointment if you have a cough, sore throat, fever, any other COVID symptom, have been exposed to COVID, or waiting for COVID results. **Please note no kids are allowed to be left unattended during services due to safety, our beauty lounge is a spa atmosphere, some services are relaxing to clients, please keep this in mind. Thank you for your understanding!
